How do I use the scrub?

Get naked and get in the shower. Dampen your skin.

Get dirty with enough scrub to cover your whole bod - a few handfuls should do.

Leave to dry for 5 - 10 minutes so that all of the ingredients can do their thing.

Get clean by rinsing the scrub from your body. Rinse with a light body wash if you have oily/combination skin.

Repeat 2 - 4 times per week. Remember to patch test first if you have sensitive skin.
